1. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

  • We do not accept returns.
  • We only accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery for a different size or item.
  • You must provide clear photos of the item when requesting an exchange.
  • Please note: purses, bags, belts, and other non-sized accessories are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

2. What if my item arrives damaged?

  • If an item was damaged during shipping, this is the responsibility of the shipping carrier, not us. We do not handle claims for shipping-related damages.

 

3. How long does shipping take?

  • Shipping typically takes 7–14 business days within the United States.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package until delivery.
  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
